Dear Loyola Community,

As Chair of the search committee for the Vice President of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion position, I wanted to update you on our progress. I am thrilled to share that we have selected Koya Partners to help guide the search for the new role.

Koya Partners is the nation's premier search firm dedicated to mission-driven leadership. Their work with us will be led by Chartise Clark and George Theotokatos.

Bringing their exceptional expertise in recruiting diverse leaders across industries, Koya will help us navigate our search to ensure we are identifying and evaluating the best candidates that not only meet the qualifications for the role, but also demonstrate the character of a Loyolan, the values of our Jesuit community, and a commitment to diversity both on and off campus.

Koya will collaborate and work closely with our search committee. We are in the final stages of identifying the committee members and plan to announce the full group within the next two weeks.

I look forward to embarking on our comprehensive, national search for this important position with Koya and our committee members and will share regular updates on our progress.

Sincerely,
