DEIB Learning Series

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging

DEIB: Professional Development Series

Join the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (OIDEI) for a transformative journey as we embark on a professional development series dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) within our university community. At Loyola, we believe that embracing diverse perspectives and empowering inclusivity are not just ideals, but essential components of our Jesuit identity and university mission.

Through this DEI professional development series, we strive to cultivate a culture that not only values diversity but actively seeks to understand, appreciate, and harness its transformative power. Our goal is simple yet powerful: to ensure that our staff and faculty are informed, engaged, and equipped with the necessary resources to champion DEIB within their respective roles while feeling an increased sense of belonging themselves.
