Campus climate is a critical component of Loyola's culture as it represents the individual and collective practices, attitudes, beliefs, and interactions among faculty, staff, and students, regarding diversity, inclusion, and equity experiences taking place at Loyola. For example, campus climate review helps us understand if there is a need for the development of:
- Bias prevention courses
- Engaging courses designed to help understand how to "care for the whole person"
- Intersectional community building opportunities
- Specific social justice trainings and resources
