Financial Assistance

It's an investment in your future. And we're here to help you create an affordable financial plan tailored to your needs.

We're dedicated to making your college education affordable by offering multiple types of aid. In addition to our own scholarships and grants, we participate in federal (Title IV) and state programs. In general, scholarships and grants are considered "gift aid" and do not need to be repaid, while loans are borrowed and must be repaid.

Do you want to learn about more graduate student resources that exist beyond the walls of the University? Watch this video featuring Loyola's Daniel Matamoros from Financial Aid. Recorded during our April 2022 online session, we talk about many funding opportunities that may be helpful to you as you plan your next steps into a School of Education graduate program.
