Brittani Molina

Brittani Molina earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, completing most of her coursework at Southern Illinois University before transitioning online due to COVID-19. She has worked with children since age 15, with experiences in volunteer roles, in-patient adolescent care, and early childhood development programs. Her work has highlighted the critical role of schools in supporting mental health and the importance of early intervention for high-need families. Inspired by her own experiences in under-resourced schools, Brittani joined the Puentes Fellowship to help bridge educational gaps in Chicagoland and create equitable learning environments for all students.
