LOYOLA UNIVERSITY CHICAGO IS COMMITTED to providing an educational and employment environment where the full richness of our diverse community can be explored and celebrated. To this end, the University maintains the highest standards for safety and inclusivity. Such standards represent more than legal or compliance requirements for us – they are part of a larger ethical imperative rooted in our mission as “Chicago’s Jesuit, Catholic University – a diverse community seeking God in all things and working to expand knowledge in the service of humanity through learning, justice, and faith.”

As such, we encourage all members of the Loyola community to participate in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging training programs and development opportunities.
