Service Request Manual
WebTMA is Loyola University Chicago’s online Service Request management system. The following steps should be used to ensure that all data relating to your request is accurately entered.
Instructions
- Supply the required information for all sections highlighted in "yellow". These sections have their field names in "red" lettering.
- After you click “Submit,” you will receive a confirmation message with your request number. This "Request Number" has been sent to the Service Work Control Clerk for review and processing.
- Once accepted, the Service Request will be converted to a Service Work Order and a number assigned for tracking purposes.
- Then, the Service Work Order will be assigned to a Technician for repair.
After Steps 2 - 4 are completed, an acknowledgement will be sent to your email showing the status change of your Service Request.
