Kristen Napleton

President and CEO, Napleton Fleet Group

Kristen Napleton is President/CEO of Napleton Fleet Group. Kristen’s career started in the retail automotive business as the General Manager of a Nissan KIA dealership for 10 years. Throughout her time there she oversaw day to day operations, manufacturer relationships, customer service and an employee force of 85.  In 2004 she moved the Nissan brand into a new state of the art facility and added the KIA franchise to her responsibilities.

In 2010, after moving back to the Chicago area, Kristen joined the Napleton Fleet Group, eventually buying out the majority shareholder in 2014. Napleton Fleet Group is one of the largest dealer fleet groups in the country providing vehicles to independent lease companies and commercial fleets nationwide. In 2017, Napleton Fleet Group was certified by the WBENC as a Women's Business Enterprise.

Kristen has been an AFLA member 2011 and has enjoyed all that AFLA has offered, especially the annual conference. Not only has she found it to be an excellent education source but also a great networking arena. If elected Director of Dealers, she will continue to ensure that AFLA continues to address relevant topics and be a great value to its members.
