Molly Henry
Membership and Program Manager
Molly is the Family Business Center's Membership and Program Manager where she is responsible for direct service to members, member recruitment, and peer and program management. She has more than a dozen years of experience as a small business owner with expertise in strengths-based leadership and team development; adult learning needs assessment, design, facilitation, and evaluation; and program development and management. Molly is exceptionally talented in developing partnerships and building relationships with a wide range of constituencies and highly skilled at leveraging the unique strengths of others to reach desired outcomes. She is a strategic thinker, trusted collaborator, and strong communicator.
Molly has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from DePaul University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Employee Engagement Champion. Prior to joining the Center and owning and operating her coaching and consulting business, Molly held positions with HealthEd, the National Alzheimer’s Association, and U.S. House of Representatives.
