Meet the Speaker

Joe Quinlan

Joseph Quinlan is Managing Director and Head of Market Strategy for the Chief Investment Office at Bank of America, supporting the Private Bank and Merrill. He leads global market and thematic research to guide asset allocation and investment strategy. Joe began his career at Merrill and was a senior global economist at Morgan Stanley. A frequent contributor to major media outlets, he has co-authored Gender Lens Investing and written extensively on economics, trade, and finance. He lectures at Fordham University, is a Senior Fellow at Johns Hopkins SAIS, and has received multiple awards for his work on transatlantic economic relations.
