Michael P. Dentato, PhD, MSW, is an Associate Professor in the School of Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. He is Co-Director of the Center for Field Innovation, Research, Strategy, and Training (C-FIRST) and serves as co-chair of Faculty Council. Dr. Dentato’s scholarship and research centers upon the assessment of health and health disparities among sexual and gender minority populations and he is the editor of Social Work Practice with the LGBTQ+ Community: The Intersection of History, Health, Mental Health and Policy Factors published by Oxford University Press.
