Lawson Login Change
New Authentication Method for Lawson and Remote Access to Employee Self-Service
On Sunday, October 4, the login and authentication process for Loyola University Chicago's Lawson and Employee Self-Service will be updated with a new look and feel. This update is required to accommodate upcoming enhancements that allow users to remotely access Employee Self-Service with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
After this change, where you currently enter your UVID username (EX: jdoe) and password, you will now enter your full Loyola email address (EX: email@example.com) and password. There is no additional setup or configuration required.
Below is a comparison of the current and new login screens for reference:

Lawson Employee Self-Service, including Open Enrollment and viewing your paystubs, will require MFA during the application log-in process. Details will follow about accessing Employee Self Service remotely with MFA starting the week of October 12.
Have an issue or concern? Contact the Service Desk by logging an incident, via email at itsservicedesk@LUC.edu or via phone at 773-508-4487.
This has been a long-term goal to make access easier to Lawson and Employee Self-Service from off-campus locations, and is aligned with our Loyola Digital Experience technology direction.
