What’s one highlight from your first semester of college?

During my first semester, I went to an information session for campus tour guides with someone I met during the first week of class & that job led me to meet my lifelong friends and college roommates. They’re people I still hang out with & visit even after we’ve graduated!

What do you wish you’d known when you started college?

When I started college, I did not know how many opportunities I would have to discover new interests of mine. I wish someone would have told me to start early with exploring, whether that’s your major, clubs and organizations, or events on & off campus.

What do you like about advising first and second year students?

I like that we are a part of the support system for first and second year students as they navigate their first two years on campus. It can be a time of change and transition and being able to help students find ways to be successful academically is what I like most!

What’s your favorite thing about Loyola?

Loyola has a beautiful campus that I enjoy walking through when the weather is nice. However, I also like the fact that Loyola offers so many resources to our students, faculty & staff so that each of us can find a campus community or tools that make our campus experience unique to us!

What’s your favorite thing about Chicago?

The food! My list of ‘Want to Try’ restaurants on Beli gets longer every week. Regardless of what food I am in the mood for, there is a restaurant nearby that has something amazing for me to try!

What do you like to do in your spare time?

When I am not trying new restaurants, I find concerts or shows, spend time reading, going to see the latest movie release, or catching up on my favorite shows. I also spend a huge amount of my time obsessing over my cat, Winston.
