What’s one highlight from your first semester of college?

A highlight from my first semester in college was learning how to navigate public transit with my roommates! We had a super fun time getting to different restaurants and shops using Chicago’s public transit system.

What do you wish you’d known when you started college?

When I started college, I wish I knew that not everything had to be figured out right away. I started out wanting to be a lawyer, but I could not be happier with where I ended up.

What do you like about advising first and second year students?

I love advising first and second year students because I get to support them through big life transitions. I love that first and second year students are just starting to experience a field they are interested in and letting their passions develop.

What’s your favorite thing about Loyola?

My favorite thing about Loyola is the 4+1 programs offered by our Graduate School. I was able to complete my master’s degree shortly after finishing undergrad, which helped me build great relationships with professors and stand out in future job applications.

What’s your favorite thing about Chicago?

My favorite things about Chicago are all the local bookstores and coffee shops. Try checking out RoscoeBooks and Common Cup if you ever have a chance!

What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my spare time, when I’m not nose deep in a book or reviewing one on GoodReads, I love to bake treats, volunteer for PAWS Chicago, and play board games with my partner.
