Giving to Loyola

A Message from Michael D. (’61) and Jeanne Sullivan

Dear Rambler Alumni and Friends,

Over the decades, the light of Loyola’s mission has been a beacon of opportunity. Today we are called together to keep its promise burning bright. The COVID-19 pandemic presents unprecedented challenges, and the economic fallout may have an even more profound impact on many of our students than previously predicted. Today we can help prevent students from interrupting or abandoning their dreams by supporting Loyola Commitment. The Loyola Commitment will serve the immediate needs of our most vulnerable students who are experiencing unexpected hardships and facing difficult decisions about the future of their education.

My Loyola education was a game-changer for me, a son of immigrants, and for so many others. At Loyola, each generation helps to support the next and today I ask you to join me in making an investment in current and future Loyola students by contributing to The Loyola Commitment. Due to the generosity of a group of benefactors all gifts made through August 24, 2020 will be matched dollar-for-dollar until we reach $500,000. The Loyola Commitment is vitally important to students continuing their Jesuit education, and the opportunity to have your gift matched reminds us that, joined together, we can have an even greater impact.

This is our time. We are called to action, called to give back.

With Faith and Gratitude,
Michael D. (’61) and Jeanne Sullivan
