U.S. News and World Report Graduate Rankings

Many of Loyola’s graduate and professional programs ranked among the best in the nation in the recently released U.S. News and World Report 2023 Graduate Rankings.

The Graduate School had ten ranked programs, most of which fell within the top 100: Social Work (28th), Public Health (70th), English (82nd), Psychology (88th), Biological Sciences (100th), Chemistry (150th), Clinical Psychology (88th), Sociology (92nd), Political Science (99th) and History (100th).

The Quinlan School of Business was ranked 67th nationally and 3rd in the state of Illinois in the “Part-time MBA” category. Loyola’s MBA program does not participate in the “Best Business Schools” category, which is for full-time programs. Loyola ranked among the top 25 programs in three subcategories: Supply Chain/Logistics (15th), Marketing (18th), and Executive MBA (23rd).

The School of Law was ranked 73rd in the “Best Law Schools” category and 9th in the “Part-time Law” category. Thirteen specialties offered by The School of Law ranked among the top 100, with four ranking in the top 50: Health Care Law (3rd), Trial Advocacy (21st), Intellectual Property Law (36th), and Dispute Resolution (38th).

The School of Education ranked 121st in the “Best Education Schools” category.

The School of Nursing ranked 72nd in the “Best Nursing Schools: Doctor of Nursing Practice” category and 58th in the “Best Nursing Schools: Master’s” category.

The Stritch School of Medicine was unranked in the Research and Primary Care subcategories of the “Best Medical Schools” rankings. The program ranked 61st in the category “Most Graduates Practicing in Primary Care Fields”; 101st in the category, “Most Graduates Practicing in Rural Areas; and 102nd in the category “Most Graduates Practicing in Medically Underserved Areas.”
