Loyola University Chicago

Interdisciplinary Honors Program

‌‌Honors Student Association (HSA)

Originally founded to reinforce the intellectual community fostered by the Interdisciplinary Honors Program and to stimulate a similar spirit of eagerness among the general student body, HSA welcomes any student who is interested in advancing their learning opportunities. HSA is dedicated to providing its members with worthwhile leadership, service, and academic enrichment activities, and aims to serve as a social and support community that is unique in facilitating friendships and mentorships alike. General meetings are typically held on Tuesdays at 8:00pm on Zoom every two weeks, but are subject to change based on event schedules. Meetings often include exam and paper discussions, student presentations, faculty speakers, debates, service outings, trivia, and much, much more. We encourage incoming freshman to keep an eye out for information about HSA upon arriving on campus. Be sure to check us out!
