Dear Faculty and Staff,

Human Resources is pleased to provide information about exciting personal and professional development programs, services, and events for our community. See below for information about a new partnership with Equinox Fitness as well as this year’s Go Move Challenge winners!

Total Rewards Statements Now Available
Your personalized 2016 Total Rewards Statement is now online. The information highlights your total compensation and valuable benefits offerings (e.g., health, welfare, and retirement benefits) provided by Loyola as of December 31, 2016. Visit the Benefit Express website and log in using your Loyola UVID and password to view your statement, which is located at the bottom of the portal.

Go Move Challenge Winners
Thank you to the 362 participants who logged minutes of movement during this year’s Go Move Challenge. We logged more than 295,000 minutes of physical activity as a University and placed fifth in the competition among 20 participating Jesuit institutions. A special congratulations to the School of Law participants who logged the most as a team. The school will receive a basket full of healthy snacks.

New Discount with Equinox Fitness
We are pleased to announce a new partnership with Equinox Fitness that features special membership pricing; the annual gym membership includes no initiation fee, reduced monthly dues and spa services, and complimentary fitness programs. Faculty and staff are invited to learn more at Equinox’s Loyola Lunch Mixer at their Gold Coast location at 900 N. Michigan Avenue on Wednesday, April 12, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The event will include refreshments, a tour, and a complimentary three-day pass.
