Open Enrollment 2023 & On-site Screenings

Dear Faculty and Staff,
 
The Open Enrollment period for 2023 benefit elections will take place through Employee Self-Service beginning November 1 and ending November 15. This is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your benefits. During Open Enrollment, you can:

  • Enroll in or change your medical, dental, or vision plans
  • Enroll or remove dependents
  • Enroll or re-enroll in the Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

On-site Biometric Screenings and Flu Shots
On-site biometric screenings and flu shots will be offered on nine different dates at the Lake Shore, Water Tower, and Health Sciences campuses beginning in October. Screening and flu shots are offered by appointment only. Spouses attending the on-campus biometric screenings must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination record or proof of a negative test no more than 72 hours prior to arrival. Masks are recommended for those who are not vaccinated against COVID-19. You may also visit a LabCorp Lab or an Aetna in-network provider to complete these screenings. Additionally, there will be three virtual Information Sessions held in October/November. Register here for a session today.

  • Thursday, October 20, 2022, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 26, 2022, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Monday, November 7, 2022, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
