SSOM Online Performance Reviews Now Available

Dear Stritch Community,
 
Loyola University Chicago is dedicated to providing staff with professional development opportunities that are designed to foster our collective commitment to enhancing and advancing our productive success in the workplace. In the spirit of promoting reflection and assessment, Human Resources is requesting participation in the annual performance review process now through December 31 for those holding a staff position.

  • The Performance Review System (SSOM) can be accessed on the Application Portal. Find instructions here: SSOM Review Instructions 2022
  • Stritch School of Medicine division goals have been added and managers will have the opportunity to add department specific goals. 
  • Prior to signing off on the performance review, each employee will need to complete the 2022 Staff Competency Tests that align with their job description.
  • Staff who work in a lab or with patients, will be required to complete additional health care specific competency and safety requirements. Managers will identify any additional competency requirements on the review form.

We appreciate your personal interest in furthering the professional development experience through receiving and sharing feedback as an active participant in the process. Your engagement reflects support of both University initiatives and individual endeavors.
