During the week of August 7, 2017, a Save the Date notice regarding 2018's Benefits Open Enrollment was released to all university Faculty and Staff. A copy of the message is available online.

During the week of September 4, 2017 an Open Enrollment - Post Card was sent to faculty and staff members residences.

During the week of September 3 , 2017, a notice regarding 2018's Benefits Open Enrollment, flu shots and biometric screening requirements was released to all university Faculty and Staff. A copy of the message is available online.

During the week of October 2, 2017, a notice regarding 2018's Benefits Open Enrollment, Health Days Benefit Fairs, and the biometric screening requirements was released to all university Faculty and Staff. A copy of the message is available in the October Newsletter.

On November 2, 2017, a notice announcing that 2018's Benefits Open Enrollment period is now open through Wednesday, November 22, was released to all university Faculty and Staff. A copy of the message is available in here.

During the week of November 6, 2017, a notice regarding 2018's Benefits Open Enrollment, the Benefits Information Session and the biometric screening requirements was released to all university Faculty and Staff. A copy of the message is available in the November Newsletter.
