Beginning March 9 and ending on March 20, 2015 Loyola University Chicago will take a monumental step in assessing its culture. All full time faculty and full and part-time staff members that were hired prior to February 9, 2015 are invited to share their opinion on the workplace by completing an employee engagement survey.
After the survey administration period ends on March 20, Towers Watson our survey partner will spend approximately four weeks analyzing the data. They will share the survey findings with the senior leadership group beginning in April 2015.
The next phase in the survey project is called “Results to Action”. Each school/division has nominated a Planning Coordinator, an individual that will:
- Act as a consultant for the division/school by analyzing and interpreting their area’s data reports
- Work under the direction of the Vice President/Dean to communicate the results and select outcomes to be addressed
- Drive the work that is done on the selected outcomes and provide progress reports every six months to the Training and Development department
