Staff Online Performance Management System
Human Resources is excited to announce Loyola's new online performance evaluation tool, the Staff Online Performance Management System. Beginning winter 2017, Manager's and their team members can begin using the evaluation tool to complete performance evaluations. The robust application allows performance evaluations to be completed online, and electronically shared between staff and their Manager. In addition, electronic notifications are distributed as the performance evaluation is processed and moved between staff, Manager's, and second level supervisor's. This process informs all parties about where the performance evaluation resides and if necessary steps need to be taken (i.e. performance evaluation signatures).
- A pilot group is underway. Feedback received will be reviewed to determine if additional enhancements are necessary.
