- Begin employee requisition on the Loyola Applicant Tracking System.
- Department chair of vacant position should appoint a committee chair to head and oversee the search process of the vacant faculty position. Note: Committee chairpersons should hold a position at the same level as or higher than the vacant position.
- List of Chair Duties
- Committee chair or hiring authority should form a search committee of 3-9 members that is diverse in terms of gender, race and constituencies represented.
