The Results Are In

I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who took the time to participate in the 2015 Faculty and Staff Opinion Survey. With the data collection phase wrapped up as of Friday, March 20, I am pleased to report that our overall response rate was 78 percent, which puts us above the mark we achieved in 2010.
 
Our survey vendor, Towers Watson, is now tabulating the data. We expect the first survey report to be delivered to senior leadership by the end of April. Faculty and staff members can expect to receive survey feedback beginning in mid-May. The results will determine the next steps of our action-planning phase, which includes responding to both key University-wide results, as well as those within each division or school.
 
The University takes the results of these surveys very seriously, and we are committed to developing follow-up plans to address key areas of improvement. Thank you again to everyone who participated in this 2015 survey. Your feedback is invaluable as we ensure that Loyola remains a rewarding place to work.
