Annual ITS HR and OEC Compliance Training Schedule

Each Fall and Spring Semester, Information Technology Services (ITS), Human Resources (HR), and the Office for Equity and Compliance (OEC) facilitate University required training initiatives that support our institutional goals. These initiatives provide information designed to protect data security and privacy, prevent discrimination and sexual harassment, and promote mandated reporting through appropriate University channels. Moreover, the courses ensure Loyola’s compliance with mandatory local, state, and federal regulations in these respective areas. This training is expected as a routine component of our enterprise risk management and compliance strategy. By completing these trainings, you contribute to Loyola's organizational excellence and make Loyola a safer place for all.   

As part of the University’s efforts to provide comprehensive calendaring for ITS/HR/OEC required training, we are sharing the annual schedule. Training periods for each general subject may start on different dates. You can access the Enterprise Learning Hub here

 

REQUIRED COMPLIANCE TRAINING FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026

  • Information Technology Services:
    • Security Policy Review
    • Acceptable Use Policy Review
    • Information Security Awareness Training (20-30 minutes)
  • Human Resources and Office for Equity & Compliance:
    • Building Supportive Communities: Clery Act and Title IX (1 hour)
    • Preventing Harassment & Discrimination (1.5 hours for non-supervisors, 2.5 hours for supervisors)
