A panel of moderators will be available to ask questions throughout these webinars.

Assessing Written Work in Sakai: Turnitin Feedback Studio

Join us for an overview of assessing written submissions in Sakai Assignments through the Turnitin Feedback Studio. Using the Turnitin integration built into the Sakai Assignments tool, you can run your student submissions through the Turnitin repository to check for originality against published online work and other student submissions. We will also take a look at how to provide annotations, comments, and grades for students using the Turnitin Feedback Studio, which now includes a look at the Turnitin AI Writing Detection tool. We will close our session with a general conversation on teaching strategies for originality and AI writing detection in higher education with insights and resources from the Office of Online Learning, Turnitin, and other institutions.
