ITRS Drop-in
Staff are readily-available to provide individual consultation on teaching with technology. No appointment is necessary. Simply stop by Information Commons Room 204 or Corboy Law Center Room 732. Hours vary by academic term and time of year. Please check the schedule prior to making a visit.

Classroom Assistance
Staff are available on a regular basis to provide support for classroom technology. Hours vary by campus, time of year, and are partially dictated by class schedule. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the ITS Help Desk (helpdesk@luc.edu).

Statistical and Online Survey Advising
Staff provide advising services during the fall and spring semesters. Walk-in support is on a first-come, first-served basis and is designed primarily for undergraduate and graduate students who have questions related to Loyola's core statistical analysis and survey software packages.

Technology Training
A robust schedule of training opportunities is available throughout the year. Sessions are offered in-person, online, and in blended formats. Check out the ITRS calendar for topics and to register for upcoming sessions.

Digital Signage
ITRS works with University Marketing & Communication (UMC) to promote and maintain digital monitors displayed across the lakeside campuses. These locations provide the latest information and details on upcoming events.

Campus Partners
ITRS collaborates regularly and shares resources with other university departments.

Outside Vendors
Some meetings and events require additional equipment or support. ITRS has compiled a directory of outside vendors for schools and departments who are interested in renting AV equipment, and/or hiring onsite technicians with specific expertise.
