ITRS full-time staff are available to assist you during normal hours of operation, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Hours may slightly vary by campus, time of year, and are partially dictated by class schedule. Weekday evenings and Saturdays are primarily staffed with ITRS students. We are closed on Sundays and all University holidays (see calendar). Below is a summary of our hours of operation for the current academic term or break. Please note that support hours are subject to change without formal posting. All requests for assistance should be made by contacting the ITS Help Desk at ext. 8-4ITS or email@example.com.
