Drop-in and Consultations

ITRS offers online drop-in support Monday through Thursday. No appointment is necessary, but assistance is first come, first served. The current schedule is posted below. To join the Zoom session, please visit ITRS Drop-in. Online consultations are also available by appointment. To schedule a specific date and time, please visit the ITRS Consultations booking page.

Ongoing Support

For self-service support, you can use the Sakai Help to search and find answers to many commonly asked questions. This includes integrated tools such as Zoom, Panopto and VoiceThread.

Zoom and Proctortrack both offer 24/7/365 direct support to all Loyola faculty, students and staff. To contact Zoom, please call 888-799-9666 ext. 2 or visit their Help Center to use the chat or submit a ticket. To contact Proctortrack, please call 844-753-2020 or visit their Support Center to access FAQs, use the chat or open a ticket.
