Loyola will adopt a new cloud recording retention policy on October 1, 2020 in which all cloud recordings will now be retained for 180 days. Cloud recordings older than 180 days will automatically be moved to a 30-day recycle bin. An email notification from Zoom will be sent to the cloud recording owner 7 days prior to permanent deletion from the recycle bin.
