Continuity Equipment and Resources

Information Technology Services (ITS) is able to offer the following equipment based on available resources for those with significant gaps in remote technology functionality:

  • All-In-One PC Workstation. These all-in-one Lenovo desktop workstations include a monitor, keyboard and mouse, necessary power cables, and network connection access, with many including built-in webcams and microphones. By providing these workstations, it not only serves to fill many technology gaps but is in support of de-densifying our accessible computer lab locations.
  • Cellular Mobile Hotspots. These mobile hotspots utilize the Sprint Cellular network to better enable bridging the gap for access to online resources. These devices are portable and recharge via USB. Instructions include details for optimal configuration when using Global Protect (VPN). Please note that experience may vary depending upon your location, Sprint cellular coverage, and overall cellular traffic.
  • Computer Monitor. A Lenovo desktop monitor can enable larger screen real-estate and visibility, and allow connections via HDMI and VGA, with cables included.
  • Webcam. While the exact model may vary, these webcams afford HD quality of video, built-in microphones, connect via USB, and can be mounted on the top of your monitor with ease.
  • Wired Headsets with Microphones. Primarily Logitech headsets that enable a wired, USB connection to your computer with an over-the-ear headset with a microphone attached to one side.
