How do I Participate in this Pilot?
Please complete the form to indicate your interest in using Panopto's Elai. You will hear back from Loyola's Learning Technologies & Innovation team within 48 business hours.
By participating in Loyola University Chicago's Panopto Elai pilot, you agree to complete evaluation surveys at the 5- and 10- month marks, where applicable. You acknowledge that Loyola has purchased a limited subscription for Elai as part of a 1-year pilot and that access to Elai is not guaranteed past April 30, 2026.
Elai Evaluations
Elai evaluations will be distributed via email in October 2025 and March 2026. Based on your pilot start date, you may receive one or both evaluations. Each survey will gather your feedback on user experience, practical use cases, and overall satisfaction with Elai. The results will help determine licensing and availability of Elai after the one-year pilot has concluded.
