Project Management
The PMO works collaboratively to encourage, coordinate, and synchronize efforts to ensure that LUC optimizes its strategic involvement on project impact and success. The PMO will also be responsible for ensuring that the University’s project management methodology and practices are shared and supported for PMO and non-PMO projects within ITS departments.
