Quality Assurance Lifecycle

At Loyola University Chicago (LUC), our quality assurance (QA) methodology is embedded in our project management methodology. Managing quality is one of the project management knowledge areas that is outlined in the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). We have adapted the PMI QA process to align with LUC's “best fit” approach to project management.
