In September, Loyola University Chicago School of Law’s Rule of Law for Development Program welcomed 23 new Rule of Law Fellows. PROLAW 10, as we refer to this year’s cohort, will be composed of 16 fellows undertaking the Master of Laws (LLM) in Rule of Law for Development and 7 fellows undertaking the Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) in Rule of Law for Development. The Fellows join us from different corners of the globe, including Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
