Description

This course is only open to those selected as a primary or alternate member of the law school’s law of war competition team.  It more deeply examines international law regulating the resort to force, or jus ad bellum, and the use of force in war, the known as the jus in bello.  The final grade is based upon the quality of the students’ competition application(s), which require students to apply the law of war to the basic competition problem.
