853: Intellectual Property Survey (Online)

The course is an introduction to the law of intellectual property designed for competition lawyers and other professionals in the field.  The focus of the course is on understanding the distinctions and similarities between the various aspects of intellectual property law. The predominant focus of the course is on trademark, patent, and copyright law (in about equal proportions), with some attention also devoted to the law of trade secrets. No technical background is expected or required.
