Frequently Asked Questions
Transcripts can be requested through student’s LOCUS account. The office of Registration and Records handles all requests and questions regarding transcripts.
Transcripts can be picked up at the Student Services desk, located on the first floor lobby of the Corboy Law Center.
Students can fill out a request form in the Registrar’s office (Room 1203). If they are unable to come into the office they can email a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests include: letter of good standing, rank, dual degree, LSAT score, class schedule, proof of enrollment, etc…
If a student would like a certificate of Dean for any other state, they must submit the appropriate form to the Law Registrar’s office.
Students can look up their exam number on their class schedule through LOCUS. The Registrar’s office also has a list of exam numbers.
Grades are usually submitted approximately 2 – 4 weeks after the final exam period.
Class ranks are available at the end of the Fall and Spring semesters after all grades are submitted. Students are notified by the Law Registrar Office via email. Class ranks cannot be given over the phone.

Students may obtain a current copy of their class schedule using LOCUS. Students should review their schedule carefully and report any incomplete or inaccurate information to the Law Registrar Office.
Law students may inspect their records in the Law Registrar Office upon submission of identification.
