The Institute sponsors research by both faculty and students on topics relating to antitrust and consumer protection. The Institute website contains an on-line casebook, a plain English guide to antitrust laws, the papers from all Institute symposia, Working Papers on cutting edge topics in competition and consumer law, and the News and Views section containing shorter commentary on important developments in the field and reviews of new books in the field. Copies of the Institute Fact Sheets for antitrust and consumer law, current issues of the Institute newsletter, and other publications of the Institute are posted and updated regularly.

The Institute also hosts prominent scholars who teach and research at Loyola. Past visiting scholars have included experts from England, India, Israel, Italy, New Zealand, Pakistan, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey, and throughout the United States.

Loyola Consumer Law Review- This student run publication, the only one of its kind in the nation, focuses on current developments in consumer law. The Review covers such issues as advertising, financing, debt collection, product safety, professional services, insurance and consumer credit. Stipends are available to the editorial staff. Membership is open to all students via a write-on competition.
