The National Moot Court Competition in Law and Religion is sponsored by the Touro Law Center. This competition focuses on civil rights and cultural heritage issues. Recent topics include freedom of speech and freedom of religion as it relates to the creation of a same-sex marriage wedding cake; non-secular employment contracts; religious freedoms of institutionalized persons; and land usage as related to religious exercise.
