John Calhoun is retired Vice President, Associate General Counsel and International Counsel with The Quaker Oats Company. He has diverse experience in corporate and business law, including general counseling, corporate governance, arbitration, litigation management, corporate finance and strategic transactions, both domestic and international. He has eight years as volunteer coach of students from Loyola University Chicago in the Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
