Title/s: Assistant Attorney General
Regina is an Assistant Attorney General with the Special Prosecutions Bureau at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. As an Assistant Attorney General, she prosecutes various financial crimes including bank fraud, insurance fraud, wire fraud, identity theft, and theft. She works with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to investigate complex financial crimes.
Prior to joining the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, Regina was an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Effingham County State’s Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State’s Attorney, she prosecuted all types of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile delinquency cases. She also conducted numerous jury and bench trials as well as other contested hearings.
