About
Helena Lundgren Doyle is the Managing Director of the Rule of Law for Development Program. She is responsible for the academic and general administration of the program. Before joining Loyola, Ms. Lundgren Doyle worked in investment banking in London, UK. She started her career at Merrill Lynch, continued as Associate Director at Deutsche Bank, and finally held the position as Vice President at JP Morgan. In these roles, she advised international companies and organizations on business mergers and acquisition or disposals of companies, including the valuation, structuring and financing of such transactions. After a family relocation to Rome, she continued to work in financial training services, teaching courses in accounting, financial modelling, company valuation, and mergers & acquisitions structuring and financing to new staff members at various investment banks in London.
