About
Matthew J. McCrobie is a Trial Attorney with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he investigates and prosecutes violations of the Sherman Act and related crimes. Prior to joining the Antitrust Division in 2013, Matt served as a law clerk for The Honorable Robert C. Chambers, Chief United States District Judge for the Southern District of West Virginia. From 2006 to 2012, Matt worked as a paralegal in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch. There, he supported the Department of Justice’s efforts to enforce both civil and criminal consumer protection statutes throughout the United States, including those related to pharmaceuticals and medical devices, deceptive trade practices and telemarketing fraud, food and dietary supplements, and tobacco products.
