Christine Payne is a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis and is a nationally-recognized advocate focusing on eDiscovery and litigation strategy. With deep experience in high-dollar, bet-the-company cases, Christine handles complex commercial litigation, products-liability litigation, antitrust matters, and ongoing or anticipated investigations.
As Vice Chair of the Firmwide Electronic Discovery Committee, she leads the Firm’s eDiscovery efforts and counsels clients on litigation readiness, developing eDiscovery strategy, and recovering from data loss. Christine also teaches, speaks, and writes frequently about eDiscovery strategy and advocacy.
