Michael Sinha

Title/s:  Adjunct Professor of Law (Spring 2022)



Dr. Sinha is adjunct faculty at Northeastern University School of Law (NUSL), visiting scholar at the NUSL Center for Health Policy and Law, Research Collaborator at the Harvard-MIT Center for Regulatory Science, and Affiliated Researcher with the Program On Regulation, Therapeutics, And Law (PORTAL), all in Boston, MA. He is teaching Pandemic Law and Policy (2 credits) at Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Spring 2022.

His legal scholarship includes articles in the Journal of Legal Medicine, the American Journal of Law & Medicine, the American Journal of Law and Medicine, the Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics, the Harvard Law & Policy Review, the Food and Drug Law Journal, the Stanford Law & Policy Review, the Journal of Law and the Biosciences, the Hastings Law Journal, and the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology (forthcoming).
