Kendall E. Woods

Kendall Woods is a litigator who focuses her practice in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate level. Kendall has prosecuted and defended claims in both state and federal court involving construction contracts, mechanics liens, design errors and omissions, and construction defects. Kendall also focuses on complex commercial litigation. Specifically, her experience includes contract litigation, products liability litigation, financial institution litigation, and aviation litigation. Kendall's litigation experience also includes copyright and trademark litigation. Kendall has taken numerous trials to verdict and has appeared before both the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Illinois Appellate Court.
Kendall was formerly a staff attorney for the Illinois Supreme Court. During law school, she worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ronald Guzman, a judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also was a member of Loyola’s Consumer Law Review and the National Moot Court Team. Kendall has repeatedly been selected as an Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine.
