About

Aubrey J. Parker focuses her practice primarily in the area of Family Law.  From simple non-contested divorces to some of the most high-profile disputes involving multi-million dollar businesses and professional athletes, Ms. Parker counsels clients on all types of family law issues, and has experience in handling matters involving same-sex couples, children of same-sex couples, pre-nuptial agreements for same-sex couples, and other LGBTQ issues.  Ms. Parker is committed to ensuring that every family, whether mother and father, two mothers or fathers, children, or any other combination, is protected.

While Ms. Parker has handled numerous litigious matters and been involved in highly contested/high profile trials, when litigation can be avoided, her approach to matters includes mediation and/or collaboration to settle cases efficiently and cost-effectively. 

Ms. Parker has completed the Divorce Mediation Skills Training program at Northwestern University, is a Fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois, and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.  She has been named a Rising Star in the area of Family Law by Super Lawyers Magazine, and named an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyers.  She received her Juris Doctorate and Certification in Child and Family Law from Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law.
