LOAN REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LRAP)

Loan Repayment Assistance Program time table changes

Since 1998, Loyola University Chicago School of Law has annually offered a LRAP program for J.D. alumni engaged in public service employment who have high educational debt. The LRAP Committee at the law school has historically solicited LRAP applications from alumni each October. Due to the federal government’s current suspension of payments on federal educational debt, the law school has decided not to seek LRAP applications from alumni in October 2021. The LRAP Committee is planning to solicit LRAP applications from alumni in spring 2022, after the suspension of payments on federal educational debt expires. LRAP application information will then be posted on the law school’s website. If you have comments or questions, contact us at lrap-law@luc.edu.
